About this Series

The Community Driven Outreach (CDO) Program Learning Network series is dedicated to creating a space for partners to come together and share the successes, challenges, and lessons learned from your projects. While sessions are facilitated by the CDO team members at Health Commons Project, our primary focus is to hear from you and celebrate your accomplishments. Our hope is that we can all learn from each other and foster a strong sense of community. We are thrilled to launch these learning networks and hope you are too!

About this Session

Our topic this month will be to reconnect with all CDO partners, to share reflections and new intentions and learn more about the new DOH Teen Health Hub!

Agenda

We’re so excited to be launching this series and hope to see you all there!
